They are stock, the entire car is stock. They are the correct injectors for the car. What would you be looking for when scanning the car?

I don't know it's hard to say, Its just one of those things if it were in person you could troubleshoot it way better.
I just looked over your images, obviously nothing looks out of wack, But at the same time we aren't seeing how they are responding in real time.
The only one that I think is odd is the 10 iHg of vac at idle, that does seem a bit low for a map reading since most stock vehicles will pull close to 20iHg when at idle. I could understand 10 or lower if you had a huge cam like me, but not stock.

Interesting so that means i could have a huge vac leak or my sensor is not giving the correct reading. What about idle fuel pressue? is my reading normal?

i am going to get the scanner back tomorrow, I will see if the results are the same

Yes your fuel pressure is fine... and with that note that may mean your map sensor is bad since the vac controls your pressure and bad vac would lead to overly high pressure.

cool i am going to get that scan tool back and verify that map readout. Thanks for all the help!

ok I got the scan tool and changed the MAP to my disappointment, the car is exactly the same.
BLM is @ 100
MAP is still @ 10
Do I need to do an idle relearn after changing the MAP?

OK just drove it to work and watched the scan tool. The MAP is 0-10 at no throttle and about 20-30 at WOT. Seems odd that it goes up when I have the gas pressed in if this is a measurement of vacuum.
I think I am down now to having some sort of ECU or wiring issue.
Would a computer from a 1990 work in my 1991? I know where there is one, that I would be able to try out.

If it is actually a iHg measurment it should drop to zero when at WOT... Now if it's a kPa reading it should go between 0 and 100... Peak being 95-97 at WOT and average is like 40 maybe I can't remember since its been so long since I've looked at it.
I would lean toward ECU or wiring now too since that doesn't seem right.

you don't happen to know if the ECU will work correctly for this car?
When I do a idle relearn I can see the, BLM right down to almost 100, its rather odd. I am going to work on it this weekend and see what else i can find out.

Not sure if the 90 will work in the 91... I cant see why not but I would still double check some wiring diagrams if you can find them, see if they are the same for those two years.

The (7730) ECM is the same for all the 88-93 V6s. It's just the PROM that's different..

but all proms will run the engine 3.1 / 2.8 without issue?

Well, you have to use one that's right for the engine.. I think as long as it's a 90-93 (digital EGR) it should work...
