Also I dunno if you saw my last but could I swap the two lines that go with the 3400 AC compressor on to my 3100 to make it work?
WHY?? Whats wrong with your current AC equipment? The lines are all Hydraulic style compressed lines due to the 250PSI of pressure on the high side. If you need AC parts to make your AC work you should start with getting parts specific to your car to minimize issues, there is NO gain there by mixing in matching stuff that you can't make fit.

OK just wondering. My compressor is done and I figured I had that one and if it would work saves me $400

Beretta the main problem is that the 3.1 has a cam made for low/mid power. The 3100/3400 is more of a mid/top end engine. There for the 3100 likes more air and there for would get more from a top end swap.
Your engine doesn't do much over 4800rpm. Not to say the swap will do nothing, just to say it will have less of an effect on your engine. A cam change would make it worth more.
