You should take I-94 down to HWY 10 and over to Stevens Point, so you can meet up with our convoy to BFEST!

To add:
I don't have the exact date for when registration will begin, but it will have to happen sometime in April. The hotel requires that our registration with them occurs no later than 30 days prior to the event, so no later than May 21st. I figure if we can get the registration going by mid April we should all have plenty of time to sign up and register. We will have to wait for word on those details from the committee.
As noted in the thread above:
Room rates are $139 per night plus tax for up to 4 people, and its an additional $25 per night for each extra person beyond that. The rooms sleep up to 6 people, as these are suite style rooms with beds for up to 4 and a pull out bed for 2 more, not to mention a small kitchenette, balcony, and probably several other perks.
Due to group pricing, we have received $150 OFF EACH ROOM PER NIGHT. Yeah, these rooms normally book for $289. So we got a hell of a deal for what we are getting, and I HIGHLY doubt anyone will be dissapointed.
Many of us group together to save on our room costs at events, so don't be afraid to bunk up if you want to do this. I'm already bringing 6 people and 2 beretta's so my room will be full! LMAO Last year I shared a room with Kyle, Kim and Brett, well Brett stayed with us for one night anyway.
As for where, don't worry. More details will be provided when registration is open. Don't forget registration is very important! Those who do not register will not be able to participate in the picnic nor take advantage of group discount pricing. Not to mention, you can order your T-shirts, banners or anything else that we offer to those who register for the event!
Ok, I probably said plenty, and I hope that helps. More as it gets put together!

Woot!
Again, anyone coming from west of me, or near me for that matter, is welcome to stop at my place on the way! I'm going too, so then we can caravan.

Damn, that was nice of them to knock the price down. I will still definitely be at bfest, whether or not my car will be there remains a question.

Definitely plan on being at bfest. Two beretta's here. Money will be tight and don't know a lot of people but would be willing to share a room with people. Hope to get my new girl looking better before then.

This is the hard part for us. we will not be there the entire time or really even need a room we may come up the last couple days be there saturday afternoon because we really want to see other beretta owners, but since just starting new jobs there is no way we can take time off so soon. so unless jking isn't needed saturday morning we will leave early. looking forward to meeting all of you. so really hope we can make it.
