Yeah, that's because Bosch sucks! lol Nobody's perfect, I use to find errors in listings all the time in the Hollander Parts Interchange system that all the salvage yards use! ;)

I found my problem on my Beretta and for me is the EGR. You should also check that. Good Luck.

Well I am all out of ideas if anyone has any more. ha. I hooked up a Snap-On Verus to it today, the o2, EGR, Map, IACV, TPS, and coolant temp sensor are all functioning like they should. All the readings while the engine was running were normal. I found one small vac leak at the intake plenum so put new gaskets on and a throttle body gasket. Still cant figure this out.

Well found it. after all this, while watching more live scans on it the car was supposed to be fast idling and wasnt. Popped a different idle air control valve in even though mine was at ohm spec. and cleaned. Problems were gone, car started fine after up to temp and even started fine cold, idle surging at stop signs gone, and no stalling.
