Having spark is good news. How is the oil pressure sensor? Good shape and not leaking? Do you have a gauge for that? EVAP all hooked up? Good coolant temp sensor?

Those half bearings were put back and in the right orientation for the rockers?

Everything was put back exactly how it came out no questioning it.
Brand new oil sensor and it works (not leaking)
brand new coolant temp sensor also works

So I finally bought a fuel pressure tester I'm gettin 39-40 psi when pump is priming I left the tester on for 20 mins (with ignition off) and lost 10 psi

Pulled out ecm everything "looks" ok I popped out a plug and grounded it and it's sparking I'm pretty much stumped on this I don't know what else to test guess it's going to a shop now thanks everyone for you help it is appreciated

If you have spark, fuel and compression it will at least fire and sooner or later run.
