Barbie is leaning on me REALLY long and hard about bringing BOTH cars!
I'm 50/50 on the idea, seems crazy, but they are both ready to go.
Just alot of fuel and maybe/if's/and buts.
But don't be surprised if they are side by each in the parking lot Wednesday afternoon.

Its just a bit overwhelming. The two cars are so different. The Quad is the sedate one. The 3500 is a beast. But Barb wants to Go-Kart and run 13.60's at the track.
Folks haven't seen the Quad, and the 3500 is, well, the 3500.
And I don't know how many more of these events I'm going to bother with, or be able to.
Decision Day is Tuesday

I've seen the quad...
As for my car, It is in the shop getting new front brakes, maybe a driver's front wheel bearing and having the busted strut mount looked at. I still have to:
- Install door panels and wipe down entire interior
- Mount bumper
- Install entire body kit
- Install new trunk lid & spoiler
- Wash, clean and wax entire car
I have no garage to use and it is pouring rain here. I hit the road in 17 hours...

Yikes... And I'm concerned about packing cleaning the car and picking up the windshield banners before I leave... lol

The Quad is alittle different than the last time you saw it 5 years ago Ryan. It will be there for sure.
The 3500 is still a maybe. Gotta have a long talk with Barb tonight.

You do know that the list I just posted is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to things I have done to make this happen...
Plus, now I have a radiator fan issue... please see my Diagnostic thread!

3 hours ago we connected the battery and started the quad. There is an ruff idle issue that needs to be corrected. Then the cold air induction can get installed. Praying to leave Wednesday early early.

The rain held off =). Prolly will come tomorrow. so I did stuff today!
Replaced the front brakes.
Washed, claybarred, polished, waxed the car and wheels.
Cleaned my interior.
Cleaned up the engine bay a bit.
FOUND MY CLIP ON SUNGLASSES! lol. Thought I lost them two months ago. Found them in the depths of my car. No more headaches for me from not wearing my glasses while driving!
She turned out pretty nice!

I should be able to bring my GTZ now it seems... Just replaced the thermostat housing and brake master cylinder yesterday. I had a bad coolant leak and no brakes! Changed the oil and set it on the ground today. Everything seems ok. I have no idea if its insured or not. Ill have to look into that. Thats about the extent of my prep this year.
But im doing better than Erich. His GTZ is on blocks right now, the trans is on the ground and hes been looking for his fidanza all day.
