time for me to start researching how to tune properly. i'll post up the latest data log later today...only thing thats worrying me is that the LTFT's are sitting at about +27 at idle under load they drop to +/- 5 (usually settling at 0) and there is a bit of knock which needs to be taken care of as well. but the knock could be from the LT's running lean still.

Reset the ECU if you haven't since the injector change, then see if the LTFT at idle goes back up to +25, if so then something isn't set right somewhere for the base setup.

fuel trims were reset and allowed to idle for 10 minutes, we'll do some more data logging to see if they are fixing themselves because i know it can take up to 100km's for the relearn to fully take effect.

Yeah but once you do a reset they should be 0 instantly... if it increased to +25% after idling for a short period of time then something isn't set right, either the injector flow rate is wrong or the VE/MAF tables are way off.
I do not know if Chris did any Idle tuning on that car.
Either way start up a new thread on the tune and we'll see what we can hash out... As well as let others see into the tuning process some.

thanks...i will start a new thread later today when i get home from work. need to convert the log file into an html for easier viewing.
and i'm gonna go and say that nothing was actually tuned but travis would know best if anything was tuned or not.
