last night I looked at the obnoxious layer of dust that has accumulated on it since I did not cover it this year in my garage... Boy this will be fun to wash when I finally get my headers back.

Once he gets to 5 coats, he will use a tiny tiny hammer and gently tap the corner, which will slowly crack across the car and all fall off. Ready for a new coat of paint!

I sand off at least a cost or two each time I paint. It's more of an out with the old and in with the new type thing.
Stop hatin'!

Filled my mounts with poly and picked up a like new rear louver that I'll probably never install.

Where did you pick up the fill, and how difficult was it to mix?

The urethane casting compound usually comes from McMaster. They have a few different hardness ratings.
Just keep in mind that most harden in 2 hours, but take a week to fully cure.

Yup, Mcmaster-carr. $36 for the 1lb can. I went with 80A shore to help handle the 3500. It's 2 part and pre measured so you have to use the full can in one try. The 1lb can did the 2 fully stripped mounts in the pic. Not a drop left. Cliff is right, 15 min to harden but 168 hrs to cure.
