Looks nice woody. We both are juggling the house remodels and the car repairs. For me, neither is getting done fast enough. I'll have to post some of my house things sometime. Right now I'm putting a new panel in my garage and working on the fence.

Yeah...too many irons in the fire. I'm still not done with the laundry room yet (baseboard molding is cut but not installed and I replaced the window but haven't finished the window shelf yet. I did however get to spend a little time on the Camaro the last week and I put a sink in the garage. It's awesome! Some day I'll remember to post pics.

Here's a couple pics of the hose reel in my garage right next to the new sink. However, that hose reel still had an old 15" tire mounted on it...so that had to be taken care of.

Finally a pic of the sink in the garage and my hose reel. Also got a new jack: pumps faster, drops lower, lifts higher = win, win, win. And enclosed my shelving under my work bench just to clean things up a bit.

Gotta shoot some pics of the house, too. Put black oak flooring down in the kitchen/living room and painted.

are you going to paint the inside of the garage? My garage was never painted and the drywall has yellowed and looks terrible. I'm thinking next summer i have another project, gonna try one of those electric paint sprayers.

I saw that jack at harbor freight today and it looks good... My last aluminum harbor freight jack bit the dust in less than a year so i'm skeptical, I do need a new one though. Maybe I overloaded it with the 1 ton ford but who knows...

yeah, i picked up the blue aluminum jack for $60-70 that it goes on sale for... so far so good, only used it a half dozen times, but seems pretty damn good. my model is the short sawed off fucker though... not much reach, but great deal.

Boner has that same blue aluminum one. My old man just bought one too. This one is steel and it seems pretty decent. A lot better than the Craftsman garbage I had.

Yeah, I'll be painting the whole garage at some point. That pic with the sink has brand new drywall up and I need to finish the rest of the wall. It's a 10" wall and they used 8' sheets and hacked it together. That yellowed too. You can probably see it in some earlier pics in this thread. And being the shared wall with the house I figured an extra layer of drywall with staggered seams is cheap insurance.

Just noticed most of the links from facebook are dead. Here's the public link to the album.

And here's the yellow drywall that they hacked together.

I've had my aluminum jack for 5 years no - never had an issue with it.

Patching the ceiling and painting it is such a pain in the rear....
