both cars i posted i think are manual.. were all manual z26 quads ?
Theres a 94 z26 quad at the scrap yard since last year but its 5 cars high in a pile atm, i snagged parts last year, i snagged the jack shaft couple weeks ago just to have it laying around lol.

Yes all manual Z26's were quads. All 896 of them. That one is nice!
Also the GTZ is not a 94. GTZ's stopped in 93.

and now that they have tuning for 0bd 1.5 you could tune your quad z26 but not a quad gtz... shame i scrapped mine.. =(

The tuning listed is for v6 applications. and IIRC the quad's gtz and Z26's both had removable chips still.

hmmm... wonder how the rust situation is on the 92 or 93 gtz... (that is not a 94... did they stop the sunroof option in 94?) edit: he emailed me back, says it's a 94 for sure... and has a rust hole in one rear fender.

i emailed the z26 owner a week ago, they are happy to get $1g out of it, and say it's in decent shape.

Thanks for your interest. The vehicle has the 2.4l DOHC motor in it. It runs great and pulls real good too. It has a magnaflow exhaust on it with borla tips. As for maintenance, oil changes have been performed every 4000 kms and oil coat was completed every year since the paint job. There has never been any body work done. There is a rust spot at the back right fender and a dent on the back right side that could be banged out. The interior is clean. Also, to confirm, there is 216000 km on the motor after checking last night.

my daily is currently doing ok, and i'm swapping back to the mazda truck for a project next, and the then onto another beretta with a clean body... and so the vicious cycle will continue.

it could be the 94 is a 93 but was sold as a 94 i dunno.. the 96 is have the door tag says 95 but made is december 95 and was sold as a 96, says 96 on the ownership and vin look up.

yep anything mid year and older is sold as the next model year.

Only reason i bought this black car was it was a 96, but when i looked at the door sticker i was worried i almost didnt want it anymore lol, the ownership says 96, and the vin look up shows 96 so its all good, i was worried it was obd1.5 lol.

Really, you didn't know that new car models for the next year come out for sale mid year the previous year, really, REALLY?

My second car and my last one were both built late in the calender year/early in the model year. (October)
