I've called for the Tranzgenic Cai intake an there seems there is no one for the 91 Quad 4 becaus of the engine bay design... Is there on I could home fab? ( please no dryer tubes!!) And I have A/c so.. it's a little bit mor complicated

The problem lies in that you still have the A/C.  The way that the engine mount is, combined with the location of the A/C is the reason that the design isn't the same as the '92+.  Now, if you have removed your A/C, like my autox car, then it would be no problem to simply use the '92+.  The reason Transgenic has no intake design for the 90-91's yet is that IIRC they haven't gotten their hands on one to use as a test car.  If you contact Transgenic, they might be able to work with you.

I kinda live far from them to give my car as a test car...I talked to them and that the biggest problem... but ig you check the transgenic CAI where it routes it's not even close to the A/C....still I might make myself one out of mendrel bent piping
