Paint code location

i need some help.......
i want to try and fix my paint on my beretta, but i can't find the damn paint codes to figure out what color my car is exactly.
i have a:
1996 Chevy Beretta
3100 SFI V6
i cannot find the paint code. where is it? what will it say?
