The factory Beretta windshield decals should still be available from GM. I picked one up a couple years back for $20-30CDN. Here are the GM part #'s from the beretta.net FAQ page:

#5 WHAT ARE THE PART NUMBERS FOR THE GM "BERETTA" WINDSHIELD DECALS?
12340235 (silver Beretta style writing)
12340236 (Gold Beretta style writing)
12342795 (red splash writing)
12342796 (green splash writing)
12347297 (silver splash writing)

Silver is the closest thing they have to dark grey. Probably be your best bet.
