hi guys, i'm new here and was wondering if you guys could help me. i have the regular anolog guage cluster and saw a digi guage cluster in the bone yard and was wondering if any one knows the wiring differences and if i would need to change out senders? i'm kind of new at htis so i would need to know what wire does what, and what pin it is on and what pin it needs to swich to. thanks for any info.

from what I've heard, your best bet is to swap the whole harness that is behind the dash...if you swap out the whole harness, no other mods are needed, and everything should function properly...it sounds like a lot of work, but taking out the dash isn't that bad...

oops,sorry, it came off of a '90 chevy berreta . i don't know the package identifier.(i.e., SE,GT,Z-24,ect....) any info would be great. and also i was hoping not to do such a drastic rewire as to do the main cable behind the dash. i was hoping to get away with just repinning the cluster clip. thanks raser13

So it is coming out of a 1990 Beretta v6 AUTO and going into a 1990 v6 AUTO Beretta?
If this is correct press "1" now.....
I mean yeah it should just plug n' play with some changes & searching (IE: Oil sending unit change, looking for the plug for it). Do a quick SEARCH on it from the SEARCH link up top.

sorry again, i'm trying to install this into a '91 grand prix 3.1L automatic from a '90 beretta 2.1L automatic i already know what the grand prix wires do and if i know the beretta end i'll be able to get this thing rolling. i apreciate any info anyone can give. thanks

GP and Beretta
W-body vrs L-body
That wiring harness is different and so is the dash.
Better off going custom than have a Beretta digi cluster jammed in the GP IP.

iknow that i have a different wiring clip and a totally different hole in the dash but i've done somthing similar in my t-bird before. what i intend to do is remove all of the guts of the beretta cluster and custom fit them in the GP cluster housing. also i was intending to repin my car to take the clip for the beretta. all i need is to know wht wire on the beretta cluster does what so i can rewire my car . it really shouldn't matter what body style the car is, the signals from the car are the same according to everything i've seen so far. like i said i just need to know what color wire on what pin does what. thanks for any info.
