I managed to find a set of eurospec headlights from ebay.de

Too bad these were not the Beretta ones. Instead these were put on minivans and possibly on Corsica too according some of the pics i'v seen.

Location of the light units is all the same as in stock eurospec units. Everything else was different, mounting, size, and all. Actually these units have stronger design, witch is good.

Like you can see, they did NOT fit there that well.

I knew i needed a custom mounting and all new covers to make this happen, so another project begins:

Taking the lights into a pieces for cleanup.

Lights put together again with cleaned\new\painted parts to make em shine again. I got rid of the plastic cover plate too.

And replaced it with one made from sheet aluminium. Theres still some work to be done to get this thing working.

Header panel was completely cutted off  to make the lights  fit.

Now starting to get image of what it would look like.

Lights would now be mounted far more back than on stock eurospec lights to make it look meaner.

Needs some cutting to get the lights sit lower (and look better)

Like this.

After getting some brushed look to hide unwanted marks...

Then took the parts to be anodized and colored to black, professionally done and costed only 30 EUR!

Anoher good option would have been powder coating, i ended up with anodizing since the color gets 'inside' the material too so getting a scratch there wont show as shiney mark then.

Then created basic mounting brackets to the lights, both hi- and lowbeams can be adjusted from the housings, so i could go with simple way this time.

Everything seems to be on order.

Finished! I really like how it looks now, lets see when i get the hood mounted too.

Styluss used headlights off an early 80's full size GM truck. They didn't look bad they were just missing the shields.

Yes, both of you did excellent jobs.  I was somewhat wondering though, why did you not use beretta lights?  I mean your over there and from what I understand Steve sends them over here all the time.

I had a of those, but i traded them away for multiple things, coundn't find another set of stock ones, so this was the way to go.   Oh yeah and someone shipped them all out of europe so i was not left with many choices haha.
