I have a 90 base beretta, and i am switching the interoir over to gray from red, everything is going good, except for the center console, i was wondering how do i get the knob off of the auto tranny silter so i can take of fthe console?

Put the gear selector in 1 or low.
There is a small staple at the base of the shift knob at the front.
You'll need a small screwdriver or pick to pull it out.
Then the knob will just lift off.
