The kit that Kurt had was a Baer kit.

The cheapest I've seen them for new are around $800-900. Any kit for a Cavalier will work if I'm not mistaken. You will have to make sure your wheels will clear based on offset and your wheel design.

My problem with the Wilwood kit is that there are no dust boots on the caliper pistons, which could be a problem if you drive your car a lot (dusty/dirty/muddy environments or really any road elements).

I've heard the same about the dust boots on the calipers. That is actually why I am not running Wilwoods on the Camaro.

Subarus have bigger rotors if you want to fab something.

The kit will require different rims with a smaller offset, custom brake lines, and you have to cut off the tabs on the steering knuckles. I dont understand why everyone keeps saying there's no dust boots.......

I always heard the dust boot thing, but maybe that's for race/track oriented kits, not so much for the street ones.

I think my experience was with the Subaru guys... glad to see this kit doesn't have that problem!
