I just recently put some new rims on my car

225/40/18 and now it rubs whenever i go over
a bump.

my front struts also talk to me whenever i go over
a big bump, or if i accelerate too swiftly.

I want maximum performance suspension, however
i have to raise the car 2 inches higher than factory.

Can some one give me a link, i have to replace these
ASAP.  I have a spring compressor for the front struts.

The only way of going about it IMO is to bag it or go cheap (dirt cheap) with air shocks and taller springs.

What is the offset of your wheels? How wide are they?

Did you replace the strut mounts when you did your suspension?

it looks like you've only increased the diameter by about an inch? so you only have about another .5" into the wheel well, I don't see why it would cause much of a problem. Do you have FE7 suspension? if so, you could just go to the slightly taller FE3 or Base suspension.

Depends on what is rubbing where.....  If you are hitting the spring perches then no higher ride will work, you would have to modify the struts.

If it is just the plastic liner rubbing then don't worry about it.  My 225's rub on them.
