Thumping going over bumps

Anybody have any other ideas of what could be causing a hollow thunking from the passenger side rear of my car when going over bumps? That's where it sounds like it's coming from, anyway.
I just had both of my rear shocks and upper shock mounts replaced on my '88GT because they had over 150,000 miles on them.
I have the Z51 swaybar with new bushings and am running 215 x 60 x 15's all way round. I had really hoped that the new shocks and mounts would've solved the problem but they didn't. I have a pretty decent amount of wheel gap on both sides and it's equal for each side. My trunk is empty too.
Is it possible that the rubber spring isolators have hardened with age and are causing this? I'm kind of stumped here. It kind of sounds like my old Camaro SS350 did when I'd go over bumps with too much air in the old airshocks. Any suggestions on what else to look at would be appreciated.
