you guys that have taken the upholstery off of yours seats, are there or do you have any instructions on getting the driver seat upright fabric off? i have found a set of z seats that are nearly perfect with the exception of the driver seat. it has a rip at the seam(should be easy to repair if i can get the cover off) and a metal piece rattling in that same spot. i figured i would try to take it off, repair the seat frame, and re-sew the seam. the seam is ripped at the part of the seat that sticks out around the sides of the lower back.

this isnt the actual seat but the large circle is where the seam has come apart and the small is where there is a piece of metal rattling around under the fabric.

there was a write up on this, but it may have gotten lost in the mix up a few years back.

Unzip, un-velcro and undo the hog rings. You just need to spread them. I did it a few years back. Nothing too difficult. Dive in.
