Clutch replacement

So I am gearing up for a full clutch overhaul. I have the master/slave cylinder, braided line from master to slave, new Sachs clutch assembly and flywheel and felpro rear main(not leaking, but why wait till it is).
I am wondering if I should also be replacing the clutch fork while I'm in there?
Also, whats the best way to get clearance to get the trans out or do I even need to completely pull it?

Yes, you need to pull the whole trans. Remove the driver side subframe and angle the drivetrain down a little bit so it will clear the unibody frame rail once you pull the input shaft out of the clutch. I need to remove my front header when I do it too, but stock exhaust might be ok. Fork shouldn't need replacing. The 90-91 style is discontinued, but they do have them at VPI for like $160 IIRC.
