i found a website a few years back that could make custom backgrounds for our insterment clusters an now im unable to find the company. Has anyone else seen these an know if they r even made anymore.

Yeah make sure you tell them to set the REDLINE at stock or higher if your tuned.....they set mine to low.....its embarrasing when people notice that.

ok thank you im gonna have to get ahold of them an see if they can do a whole custom background on it im about 85% done customizing the dash an im lookin for the final touches before i start the reinstall.

Do these still have the bubbling problem?

I remember i had a indiglo gauge panel and i could never stop it from bubbling, which always caused my gauges to stop moving..

to prevent that you just need to use double sided tape in more locations than they suggest. I did that and never had any issues on my 95 cluster.

I got mine from ebay a long time ago. I had the bubbling issue the first time I installed it as well. Mine had DS tape on it already but not very much. I took off the crap they had and used stuff for car mouldings and never had an issue after that.

This appears to be very similar to what I had. Not sure if it is the same. It was a long time ago I bought it.

I was lookin for the company that use to produce the one u could choose a custom background on change the needles an all the colors. the more i look around im not findin them
