ok guys, I got the *%#$'n heater core installed today, thanks to all that helped. (oh ya 3.1L 1996 base) Now I did a flush of the system and now i'm trying to put in my coolant. I look at my resevwoar and I can't even see the coolant but when I open it up, it's full. I'm confused. Is there any other way to fill the system besides that area? and my low coolant light won't go away! I need to also check my obd2 sensor because my SES light came on. But that happened after I punched it. Thanks for the help!

thats the only place to fill the coolant but there is a procedure for it.  You are supposed to have the front end of the car lower than the rear and have the cap off.  turn the heater on high, let the car run while you add antifreeze until it reaches operating temp.

Where would the low collant sensor be hidden at?

The low coolant sensor is built into the reservior. Sometimes when it's been drained the sensor can stick causing the light on the dash. Try a couple firm taps to the top or side of the tank with your hand.
