Umm, so long as we are being smart-@$$es here, 'breaks' can slow down and even stop a vehicle if they are severe enough, so... :burn:

Have you thought of lowering your price? This car needs a lot of work (and parts) for the asking price of 3 grand.

Not really.

With all due respect, it's a nice $1700 car to list.
Take the first $1500 cash offer and be happy.
Or list it elsewhere. Did you see the teal one that he couldn't get $3000 for on here?
There is really no collector value to our cars, at least yet.
Ten years from now and it's like my no-rust Quad,,,,Maybe????
Just my .02

If you like what you see, please post here and comment below. If not, please post anyways, I am always open to comments and opinions.
Okay, I paid $800 for my Yellow Indy, but it also took me almost ten years of waiting and looking for one in decent enough shape to even buy that was close enough to me and cheap enough for me to actually get... I still had to dolly the thing home (due to a bum wheel-bearing) and spend a few weeks stripping and washing the interior due to mold and trash accumulation, and my car still isn't perfect, and although it does have a 100% functioning digital instrument package, it doesn't have the sunroof I wanted in it. I think $3k is a little high, mostly considering the higher mileage of the car (mine only had 150K, with allegedly only 50K on a newer engine -and the way it runs I believe it), but considering that yours is a Yellow Indy in basically really nice condition with a clean interior in good mechanical condition and without a rust problem, I would say it is a good price from which to start negotiating from. But, the problem is that Berettas, in general, just aren't worth anything for some reason. :Search: If you can, hold to your guns, or at least 75-80% of them! I do think you would do better selling the car if you found a nice chin-spoiler for it though...
GHOSTOWLGRID wrote:Especially when there were only 1,700 yellow Indy's to begin with.
This and everything else about the car is basically how I came up with the price of the vehicle.
...BTW, their were only 1,500 Yellow Indys made... The discrepancy is on the Teal Indys, GM says 6,000, the official Pace Car book said 3,000... I tend to believe GM's number of 6,000 about 99.9%...

And your car is worth the higher of either what someone will pay you for it, or what you will accept to sell it, not one penny more or less.
GLWTS...

 I didn't even notice the mirrors.. Or the wheels -That is a serious issue... And I'm 90% sure that instrument cluster is from an '88. While I'm not aware of Indys having unique steering-columns, it would be nice if the plastics were matching grey (probably what you meant -sorry), and the correct leather-wrapped steering wheel would enhance the value too. The dash is about the same condition as mine -and it is much better than the one in my Teal Indy, which is easily the ugliest Beretta in my driveway right now... To me, 'shot' applies only to dashes with chunks peeled off of it too big for your hand to cover... :pardon:
So, maybe $3k is a little steep, it is still a nice looking car and that isn't a bad starting-point.

My garage is too small to house another show-class car, so even if I could have afforded it, I wouldn't have considered 90INDYLIN's car too seriously -it deserves a better home. :sorry:
