When can we expect to move forward with these???

Why not now? Just type it up and post it in the BFest section. I need to get mine up as well.
As for when voting will officially commence and what not, that's all in Mike's head.

I only ask because last year there was a post introducing the proposals and a deadline that the proposals had to be done by. My proposal is all ready to go...just waiting for the official word.
