First of all this is my first full project and not a lot of cash so this could take me a very long time. i can fix vehicles but doing a swap is out of my league so bare with me. i can prolly find a 3800 supercharged better then a 3500 swap. ive read some forums on j body cavs but havent seen a lot of detail about berettas. Found my old photos, i hope i dont get in trouble for uploading all these photos...

I have collectors insurance on my car it was originally appraised for $6000 with only 95,000 kms on whole car n drivetrain. well heres sone pictures and ill try to update main post as much as i can.

You can find 3500's all day long in Ontario on http://www.car-parts.com.

I have been appraising cars for 30 years and that thing is NOT worth anywhere near $6000. I'd like to see the appraisal.

And you can't get true Collector Car insurance in Ontario on a car less than 20 years old.

Bring it to Kingston in August. You'll learn a lot!!

:Bravo:

So I've been reading alot of ppls posts in the members rides and I'm completely jealous of what everyone is done. I probably wont be doing a motor swap now. I wish it was easier to switch these pictures around but oh well.

Go back to the stock trunk lid, my god that spoiler is hideous dude, sorry to be so blunt but it ruins the great work you have done thus far.

I agree with BMAN. I saw the spoiler and just about fell out of my chair. I thought that fad was over with. The wing kis killing the look of the car and it doesn't have a purpose anyway. Sell it to on craigslist and use the money to tint your windows.

Just set it out on the lawn and HOPE some Toyota or Honda guy takes it!

I TOO thought that stupid fad was over!

The sad part is you have likely already ruined a perfectly good trunk lid with that POS!!!

That car NEVER was worth $6000 and certainly is even less now!

Don't get us wrong, we welcome you to our crew with open arms, just hate those damn things and they should all be destroyed!!!! Get yourself another trunk lid and go back to stock, trust me on this. Or purchase a gtu spoiler like I have.

I still have the stock trunk lid but its scratched all to hell ill try to get it repainted and put it back on. only cost me $100 like 4yrs ago for my corolla i laughed so hard when u said a toyota or honda to pick it up. lol

so i did a tranny filter and oil change yesterday. had a few scares but managed to correct everything.

There is another 5 pages talking about how clean everything is and how it looks like no major reapir has been done to the car. not trying to b rude you live in the city crap is a lot different down here in the country and you dont tell an appraiser everything you had to do. "I bought the car like this just changed tires brakes and cleaned the car" Sorry bout pictures of pi tures scanner isnt working.

You don't tell an appraiser everything?

You stupid fool!!

You don't have to tell a professional appraiser anything!!!!

They will know that car is a POS!! Hell I can tell by the lousy pictures you have offered. That car is worth nothing but basic transportation at BEST!!!

AND it's not 20 years old.

Who was the appraiser and who underwrote the policy?

Facts speak louder than your BS!!
