Hello!

My first post!

My door will not open from outside the driver's door; I have not yet opened the door to attempt to remedy it; i imagine I will have to find some parts.

Anyone know if this mechanism is the same in other years? Mine is a 94.

I would imagine the latch is the same for 94-96 vehicles, and possibly even 87-90 vehicles (because of seatbelt positions, believe it or not).  Can't confirm it, though.  Dealer could.  It may simply be a disconnected rod or broken retainer.  Good luck with it and welcome
