So, I have for sale a decent example of a Z26. I picked this car up to flip it and I wanted to give the Beretta community first dibs. Here's the details:

GOOD:
1994 Beretta Z26 in Bright Aqua Metallic with a 3100 Automatic and >> 71,xxx << original miles.
Engine and transmission both purr like a kitten - starts and runs great and gets 35+ MPG on the Hwy.
Colorado Car, so not a spec of rust anywhere on it - not even any surface rust on the underside. Immaculate.
Dew strips are PERFECT - no cracks anywhere! (that's how nice a car this is).
Paint is still glossy and there is no "paint disease" anywhere.
Everything works on this car - fog lights, dingers, door lights, AC, etc - fully functional as far as I can see.
Interior is very nice - no dash bubbles, headliner sag or door panel cracks.
Front GFX is fully in tact with no "wide mouth" at all.

BAD:
This car did have a run-in with a curb and did some damage. I have repaired the suspension damage and I removed the GFX to prevent any further damage to them, but it still needs the following work and has the following issues:
a. Fender is crinkled and needs to be replaced - I have a good fender with the GFX bracket on it ready to install. (just needs to be painted).
b. The door has some damage from where the old owner opened it into the damaged fender and bent it up a bit - it's not TOO bad, but there for sure.
c. It has a GTZ wheel on it in the picture, but I have another Z26 wheel w/ center cap ready to install.
d. The wheels are in "ok" condition - there is some peeling clearcoat on them so they could use a refinishing.
e. Tires are all 50% tread or better, but they are mismatching (different brands).
f. Car needs a balance and alignment from the replaced suspension parts.
g. The LIM is starting to leak on both sides, so there is some drippyness off the bottom of the engine. I drove the car 150 miles and lost no measurable oil or coolant. I have a LIM gasket set ready to install.
h. For the last 8000 miles of it's life, the car was owned by a smoker. There is no smell in the car or smoke buildup on anything, but there are a few burns in the sun visors and one hole in the passenger seat and one in the rear seat. They aren't very noticeable, but there for sure.
i. There are some scuffs and a few small dings on the exterior. The last owner was a college kid and he got it from his parents nice garage and then parked it outside in a school parking lot for 2 years. They aren't super bad, but there.

Otherwise, this car is actually very nice and seems to be a fantastic find for someone that's looking for a mostly unmolested ride.

So, now we come down to price. In the condition that it's in right now, I would ask $1700 for it. My plan is to paint and install the fender, cleanup up the door damage as much as I can, put on the new wheel/tire and align it, then change the LIM gasket and clean the engine. Once I have this extra work into it, I plan to put it up for $2400 OBO. Now, another part of my plan was to steal some of the nicer parts off this car for my other 94 Z. Things like the mint spare tire cover, mint dashboard, door trim and dew strips would all be pretty simple swapouts and not really effect the value of the car to the non-beretta educated.

For this reason, I wanted to put it up for sale "as is" and give anyone here a chance to snap it up with all the premium parts on it. If there is no interest, I will proceed with my plan to fix the car and sell it locally within a few weeks. I will take Paypal for this car, so if you want to impulse purchase it (like I did!) you can! :)

I've attached a few pics that I have which show the "good" and "bad" side right now. I have all the GFX parts and everything to reinstall once I fix the fender. If you'd like any additional pictures, please let me know and I'll be happy to post them.

Thanks!

Still have this? How's it look? I seen some progress on FB, but kinda lost track. If you still have it, I'd be interested if you did the LIMG's. PM me.
