Red loctite on the limg bolts and be sure they are torqued to the correct spec and the rtv goes all in between the valley gasket and lim

Well, blue not red.. lol
Forgive my ignorance, but can someone point on on a pic where these are? I've never done this before, or opened an engine like this before.

This should be an idea for you on the RTV. Use it on BOTH sides of the engine, essentially connecting both cylinder heads together on both sides. Also dab it in a little in the triangular areas (4) where the lower manifold meets the cylinder heads and the valve-covers... You will see a two little triangles molded into each of the valve-cover gaskets too.
Loctite blue is fine, red is overkill (not the worst thing to do though), especially since you went with the steel gaskets...

Here's an hour and a half of manifold gasket pornography.

Use loctite 290 or 242 and the RTV goes on the flats of the block and into the corners of where the heads meet the block and LIM as well as the area where the valve covers meet the LIM at the top corner.
