Ok, my 96 base has developted the leakage problem in the rain. I have looked all over and don't know what to seal now. The watter is collecting on the floor of the back seats and is slightly dampening the front floors. It is not on the front wall (behind the pedals and below the glove box). Please help me, I don't want mildew. I am on a slight hill so that probably causes it to collect where it is but where does it sound like it is comming from? Thanks!

I'm just going to name all the places I've found leaks in my Berettas rather than taking a bunch of specific guesses

Front to Back
Bulkhead connector, driver side (bundle of wires at top of firewall in engine bay):  cracked sealer
Grommet, passenger side (bundle of wires at top of firewall in engine bay):  grommet not fully filled with glue, gasket deteriorated
Stereo wiring grommet, next to bulkhead connector (not factory):  grommet too small for hole
Wiper cowl drain flap:  hole in sealer
Wiper cowl:  cracked sealer
Top corner of rear window:  gap in glue
Rear wheelwell, front:  hole in sealer
Rear wheelwell, top:  hole in sealer
Trunk opening, front corner:  hole in sealer
Trunk opening, rear corner:  gap in sealer

It sounds like your car is facing up the incline, so the rear leaks are probably not your problem.  Another common leak area is the door seals.  There's also the sunroof if you have one, but that would probably get the seats wet too.  Most leaks come from the firewall in several locations, usually due to aging sealer.
