Hello All-

I noticed a black powdery substance on the engine (3.1)of my car just above the front valve cover. The source didn't seem obvious (to me anyway). Can anyone tell me what that stuff is?

Hoodliner?  Or the front exhaust manifold is leaking and throwing stuff around...  Honestly I have no clue.
