Hey guys! I need to know how i can change the ignition lock(key).
I have problem with the steering column, theres something lose so i can move the wheel...
Maybe somebody ever heard something like that so the height adjustability and all is fine but i can move the steering wheel a little bit up and down, just a little bit. Its just weird because i changed the old steering column with a other one from my old white GT and i checked this if this also has this problem but it has no problems at all. So i just swapped the other column on my GTZ and know its the same problem as before. I dont know wheres the problem... but i try to look at a junkyard in other Berettas in some weeks and then i wanted to know how to change the height ignition lock.

If somebody heard of a problem like i have with the steering wheel, please let me know. My mechanic checked it if its dangerous or something but its all fine... its just a bit moveable...
If anyone has some tips or something, let me know and i can post some pictures and a little video of my problem.

And do anybody knows if theres a difference between a 90 GT(build in 89) and a 90 GTZ(build in 90) steering column?

Thanks!

You can use any column from 87-90. 91+ was a different column.

The co,umn I had in my GT moved slightly up and down. I think it was the pins that hold the column together.

I think there is a special tool to get the pins out of the column but make sure that you take out the spring for the tilt first!
