I'm hoping someone can help me with a diagram to reinstall the AC Evaporator and heator core into my 89 base model with a six cylinder.  Taking them out to replace was frustrating enough and Chilton's is well ... useless.

The factory manuals are pretty useless too because they'll show the parts, but not really where they go.  The best diagram I could find is from a '93 parts catalog (don't worry, it's pretty much the same as your '89).  You can view or download it here (about 350K).  If you have any specific questions, just post them as lots of people have been through this process.
