i was wondering if i would see any performance gains at all if i cut out my cat and splicing in a pipe there instead. i know its real illegal around here but i would do it if i got some gains out of it. also how loud would it make it?

without upgrading the pipe size before and after the cat you will see practically no gains unless it is plugged.

larger pipe + high flow cat + high flow muffler = bigger gains + legal
