Shaking while driving?

Today after installing my custom intake from Styluss (thank you very much sir)... after enjoying the loudness from the intake..the right front side of my car violently shook..as if my tire was going to come off? I immediately pulled off the side of the road, and everything looked fine? I continue driving and it does it again for only about 2 secs??
when i got home i re-tighten my lug nuts and none of em were near loose??
what could it possibly be?
side note- The frame has over 100k miles on it and i have done nothing to the suspension. and everytime i turn my car creaks like an old POS (really annoying)

Wheel weight could have fallen off?
Jack up the car and shake the wheel left and right and up and down and see if it feels loose, that will tell you if the tie rods, ball joints, or wheel bearings are bad which all cause shaking, if everything feels tight then take your car and get the tires rebalanced

Also check your struts. Bad struts can make the wheels bounce at certain speeds. I have had this happen before in the past. Just another bit of insight.

If you have a soft spot in a tire and you hit a bump just right it'll bounce as well. That's a pita to find too.

shaking in my beretta was caused by a bad axle so check those out too!

Creaking could be a bad ball joint or tie rod end. Since it is shaking for a couple seconds, I say tie rod end.
Bad ball joints usually just cause uneven tire wear.
I had a bad tie rod end and it caused mild shaking around gentle curves.

The car shakes a little after 50mph..and speeds up to 60-70..but the weirs thing is, when i let off the accelerator, it stops the vibration?

The front wheels are held in alignment with the tie rods. When you let off the gas
the front wheels have a load on then as they are slowing the car down with gear
reduction. So any play in the tie rods is taken up.
Look up online how to check your tie rods.

Ok, sounds like you have enough info on when it shakes... now go jack the car up and start to test some of the things people have suggested. Without those results then all we can say is change this, or this or this or this.... and that's expensive. Narrow it down more with some inspection!
