What options do you have available to you?
DEXRON-VI is backwards compatible.
Mobil 1 ATF synthetic can be a substitute.

I was going to buy it from autozone. Autozone Coastal ATF +4, Autozone type F, and coastal mercon V multi vehicle synthetic blend.

Autozone should carry more than just that.

Mobil 1 ATF Syn is an option.

Based on your provided products; The AC +4 looks like a option.

Anything marked DexronIII is illegaly marked since that standard is obsolete, so it would be anything Dexron VI or Dexron VI compatible.

This link may work... Costal has a Dexron VI and so does Castrol from Autozone.

I was going by the GM service manuals on the Dexron IIE and Dexron III.

Yes that is correct but the service manual is too old to know that Dexron-III is obsolete and replaced by Dexron-VI

This would have been the appropriate question to ask initially.

Flush the trans using Dex6 if you are seeking for fluid manufacture technical guidance next.
