I have a 1995 Chevy Beretta just the 3.1 V6 BASE model. I drove my car last Sunday just fine with no issues at all. Got up to take my daughter to school for her first day Monday morning in my Beretta and it turns over but just wont crack. The number 1 fuse keeps blowing as soon as I attempt to turn the switch over also.

I have tried putting gas and starting fluid directly in it also and it still isn't cranking or anything...

The #1 fuse runs most of the engine -I don't think you have PCM power without it, I know you do not have ICM power (no spark). Get underneath the car and look around for any burned or cracked wires -that is the most likely cause. I think the F/I harness also gets power from that fuse, so no fuel either, but regardless, without the ICM you wouldn't have fuel-signal anyway. Also, check the wires going into the ICM themselves -just the two-pin plug with the pink/black and black wire is relevant- and look for any shorting there. I had the same issue on my '90 turbo, I finally wired past it all. Good luck.

You have a short to ground somewhere. Start at the fusebox itself and trace from there. Also, did you get any heavy rain over the last several days? You may have the classic firewall or fresh air vent leak and it may have soaked your ECM on the passenger side behind the dash. If it did wet conections will continually short out the fuse box. That's why the fuse box is there. To prevent you from starting an electrical fire or frying parts out. Your ECM may already be toast though.

Well everyone... Just went out there and unplugged the stuff from the icm and put another fuse in the fuse spot number 1 and turned the key and it didn't pop the fuse this time with the icm unhooked... Any suggestions?

Happens to all of us, I recently had a interior and engine bay fire [wire shorted] in the GTZ, luckly I got it out before it damaged anything at all! Good to hear you fixed it!
