PM Ron (Ronaconda) -he has what you need! He was really reasonable on prices when he quoted them for me, and he said he would ship, too.
The brake-pedal from your car will work -but you have to actually cut-down the pad area, since the "autos" are so much bigger -I am doing the same thing on my '90 Yellow Indy. I do have a spare shift-knob if needed, PM me on it if Ron can't help you with that part, and I have an '88 GT boot that I think is in really good shape that I might be willing to part with, if needed.
