Anybody know this car?

I'm interested in buying it.
It several hours away from home. I don't want to drive out and be disappointed.
Just wondering if anybody knows the owner/car and can offer info.
Is it a solid car with no rust issues underneath?
It's a 3400 but it's a 94. 94 had obd1 and the 3400 needs obd2?

I remember that guy; he came to BFest in 2005 I think. I think his name was Jamie?
From what I remember, the car was clean. I didn't look for rust on it back then though so who knows the condition of the underside.
You don't need OBD2 to run a 3400; it just helps being able to tune it (there are other ways to do that, found on this site).
