Stalling when coming to a stop

Car starts and runs fine but after driving and coming to a stop it stalls, if I tap the gas a few times it idles. I just changed the fuel filter but no luck I also did an idle re learn. Maybe a bad iac or tps? It is SUPER ANNOYING! especially at a busy intersection when people are looking at the car and it dies.......

I just wanna screeeeeeaaamm!! lol

If you haven't already, unplug the TCC solenoid.
Square plug on the front of the trans down below the throttle body.

I'd go with the IAC.

I recently put in a new throttle body when I did the car sounded better and idled better but stalled so I just put my old iac in and it idles at like 2000 rpm changed it back to a spare I had and it idles pretty good but stalls

I thought you did, not able to keep tack of things like in the old days. A 2000rpm idle most of the time is the TPS, for you it seems to be an air leak or could be EVAP related.

I have also read a few ways to do the idle re learn some say max of 10 mins and some say rad fan must cycle

Stupid question: are they clean and is the port clean? Another: Did you play with the throttle set screw?
You could try that, there is a guide somewhere online.

I never have, even after the big bore TCE. It has worked well for others though.

Money Pit hit it, I think. Swapping out the TB, you likely have to adjust the minimum idle set screw. Tweak that thing up a little, just until the IAC can close enough to keep the idle where you want it warm AND cold. I know your car is a bit like most of mine -slightly hodge-podged, so the next question is if your ECM (and more importantly the PROM) is originally for an auto or manual trans -that can cause a stalling problem too, especially after decelerating using engine compression braking, since the auto ECM PROM will be closing that IAC trying to bring that high 'idle' down since it doesn't know why it is running so high. That and clean the TB, particularly the IAC pintle seat and air passages. If nothing else helps, consider getting a new IAC since you seem to be trading off one problem for another switching the ones you have back and forth, and finally check all the wiring -look for corrosion one the pins at the ECM and damage to the wires themselves. Good luck.

I changed the icm already plus coil packs ecm is original and the car was always a standard

Swap it with a known good memcal and unit assembly.
