error with uploading pics

trying for days to upload my bfest pics, this is the error i constantly get.

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

What exactly are you trying to upload? File type, Size, through what browser?

I picked a random 7 meg Bitmap on my PC and it worked fine.
