Well today I finally got off my a$$, and went out in the cold and for the most part finished up my interior swap.

I still had the blue center upper and lower console parts in the car. After a trip to Chicago a few weeks back, I finally got the remaining pieces.

So I cleaned up and washed the center console. This console has no cracks in it, and is really clean. My factory blue one was all nasty and dirty and was cracked in 2 places.

I just washed my new center air vents, so they are drying and are not in the pics. The lower dash parts will go on later this week.

I now need that giant "DONE" stamp from Monster Garage/House.

Interior swap time to complete.... ~4 Months or so.

Now for the pics.

Do the door panel emblems say "ze4" on them? If so what is ZE4? I have never heard of that.

Nice looking interior. Have you been driving this car during the resto/project?

I assume the door panels say Z24, not ZE4...Do I see a blue seatbelt?or is it just the lighting?

Very nice interior craig...but aren't you doing a 5speed swap soon?I guess you'd only need a new shiftplate...n/m

Black seat belts, its just the lighting.

5 speed swap will be happening eventually, and I do have the shift plate for it already.

EMy seat belts look blue some times too.
Thats because they are blue belts that are dyed.

Some of the black belts Ive seen have faded to blue.

I had maroon interior, not blue.

And I don't think any seatbelt will actually take dye. I looked into that since there are no 94-96 style black belts IN THE WORLD. I tried dyeing one of my maroon belts and it didn't work at all. That's why I'm stuck with 90 belts in mine that don't retract smoothly due to the door panel.

Maybe you could find another car with the belt straps that are black and take it apart for the blackness and fabricate it in the Beretta's junk.

What Im saying is that the GM takes blue belts and dyes them when they make them. Kind of makes sense when you have a black belt that fades in the sun and turns blue. The black dye is fading.
