1995 Chevy Beretta goin into limp mode after about 5sec of start up ... car is very sluggish when check engine light comes on ...car has a 3400 , new knock sensor and ignition coils again if you turn car off and restart car and pull it into gear before check engine light comes on it will melt the tires Can someone help me out pls

You need to first get the code for the SES light. Autozone can read that code for you.
That will help determine what is wrong. Otherwise it a guessing game.
