So my wife bought me a Caswell Copy Cad/Zinc Plating kit for Christmas... It's been coming in handy re-doing all the factory hardware on my 06 Legacy rebuild and I have a feeling I will be using this on some Beretta hardware... :)

Kit plating some rack and pinion hardware.

All in the 1.5Gal kit was $230-$240 I believe with the Blue/Clear chromate. You can get a Yellow, or Olive drab chromate as well if you want. Other parts I ordered were two submersible heaters to get the degreaser up to 150° and the plating tank to 110°, and a $50 DC adjustable current power supply.

Nice. Caswell is awesome. I've been using their Stainless Steel Blackener, both the dip and the gel varieties. They sell good stuff...
