I feel retarded for asking but, how does the rating system work on these forums. I only have 1 blue square. I've seen people with 5 blue squares and some with X's. Again I feel retarded but i've been here for a while and i've been ponderin it lol.

IIRC, the blue squares are a representation of how many posts you have...
Those that have X's under their name shows that they are a member of the moderating team in some form or another.

That one is given to us by other members.
Click on the profile button of the member you want to give a rating to. And you can't rate yourself.
