96 Beretta seatbelt bezel cover/seatbelt-opening escutcheon cover

Hey all, just bought a new to me 96 Beretta base with 29k original miles on it. The cover for the seat belt opening on the driver side door is missing. Any idea where I can hunt down a replacement? Image attached of hole where part should go.
