Hi everyone,

My name is Dave. I just pick up a 96 Beretta with the Z26 package 10 weeks ago for a daily drive.  I got the car off the guy that cuts my lawn for $1,500...I have always like the car.The car is in real good shape with 94,000 miles on it. It has the 3100V6, Auto, paint White, and interior Red. The bad thing is...you guys have got me in trouble aleady, LOL! LOL! J/K  I found your site looking for some info about the car and the trouble started....MODS! I had no ideal there was so much after market items for this car...and I can't leave anything as is. With in the past few weeks I have picked up the Eibach Pro-Kit lowering kit, KYB GR2 sturts and shocks, bigger front and rear sway bars, MRZ front and rear strut brace, MRZ under hood billet caps, MRZ billet strut caps, MRZ  lightweight alt pully, MRZ TB, MRZ underdrive pulley,  NGK plugs, CAI, Talory wires, Accel coils, clear corner marker lens, clear front turn lens, Sony head unit with a Sony 10 dics changer, Infinity 4X6 and 6X9 Kappa speakers, 20% tint on windows and a few other things. I hope to have all the parts with in the next few weeks and start the mods. Looks like it will just be another toy LOL! along with my, 65  Pont GTO, 66 Buick GS, 95 Pro-Street Dakota, and tricked out 03 Ram. The one thing the car dose need is a new intake gasket!...me and a buddy are doing that tomorrow. I'll get some picks up as soon as I can!!!!!

Your guys have some awesome Beretta's on here...hope to meet up with your guys and see some of your cars one day!

let me be the first to say welcome to Bnet.

And quite honestly.  Theres not as much as aftermarket as you think for these cars.  Alot of what you've got on your list was just brought to the market a year or so ago.

But anyways, welcome to Bnet and I hope you enjoy your stay@

Welcome aboard to the site!! I have to say beretta's are very addicting cars. They can be a PITA car but you always seem to want one around once you get 1.

bigger front and rear sway bars-what did you get?  If you got an aftermarket front just return it and get your money back.  The rear is where you need the extra anti-sway, you dont need it in the front.

Accel coils-Return them and run...  Tests have been conducted and show that the Accel coils are less than OEM quality.  Basically, until the factory ones go bad use them (if they do go bad replace them with OEM) unless you need more than 100000 volts of spark energy.  If you need more then get MSD.  Much, Much better.  Ask most anyone around here, OEM coils are good for quite a bit of power.  I think loner is even running them with 15 lbs of boost.

welcome.

take the Accel coils off as quick as you can and return them, they are junk and wont last you long. the ignition systems on these cars are actually something GM did a good job on.

Thanks for the info on the coils...I'll send them back!

Wicked-irocz,

After finding  more info on the car it has the FE3 package and the front bars is the 30mm. So I'm just going to replace the bushings and get the Addco 22mm bar for the back.
