.....with a speeding ticket. My first in over 10 years!!! The road I live on is 25mph and EVERY OTHER road in my neighborhood is either 35mph or 45mph. I was just running to the post office a half hour ago and I guess I was doing about 35mph. One of our new rookie friggin officers whips around and pulls me over not 2 blocks from my house. Instead of a warning I got a $43 ticket. Not that expensive, just pisses me off because the people I see hauling *** down my road at 50mph NEVER get pulled over!! I know all the cops except this one because I live in a small town. Jerry ,the chief of police, is a friend and I could probably get this ticket tossed but....I WAS speeding so....I'll take my lumps I guess. Probably makes up for all the times I haven't been caught going well over 140 MPH on my GSX-R (out of town and on the interstate of course,NEVER in town). Was funny, I told him "Guess I'll have a funny story to tell Jerry next time I see him" and he was like "You know the Chief?". I told him yea, your boss is a friend of mine but I ain't gonna go crying. I was doing it and you caught me." We both had a good laugh, he was a nice enough young cop.....I just hate getting tickets. This combined with my seat belt ticket from last summer (one of the few times I forgot to strap up and got caught by a statey,lol) makes a whopping 2 tickets in the last like 12 years for me.
Add this to spending all day on the friggin' phone with different arseholes and it's been a helluva bad day!!
Just looking for some sympathy I guess.....being a whiner today.      Oh, I should add this was in my pickup ,not on my bike.

140 mph lol i got clock at 193mph in my ta lol he gave me a ticket for 115 but he was pissed. he spilt his coffee all over him and lost his donut to the floor. luckly i talked him down to 115 and 200$ ticket and 1 year of informal probation. that was three years ago and have not been pulled over since.
judge asked me if i ever hit a tree at 115 and i said nope i'm to good of a driver  oh he was pissed

but why i was doing that fast was becuase of my boss. i got off at 3 in the morning and had to be back in at 6 to cover someone elses shift. if i was late i would have been fired. oh well he fired me then i went to the head boss and got him fired and got my job back. this job is why i was gone from here for two years. i worked all three shift every week. sometimes its better to say no to your boss

meh theres worst days, worst years, worst things happen to ya, it gets better, just need to let it go, and $40 is a lot of money, for me thats a tank of gas i wouldnt have.....
