We have (finally) decided on a deadline for registration.  Pay attention!!!!!

Bfest '07 Registration will close officially on May 21st, 2007.  Any registrations recieved on the 21st or later will be disregarded.  All payments MUST BE RECIEVED BY JUNE 1st, 2007.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  This is so that we can get our t-shirt order in with sufficient time to have them back for Bfest.  

If there are any questions, you can contact myself or one of the other committee members privately.  Thanks!

Please remember to get your payment in by next friday, June 1st.  Late payments cannot be tolerated because we need to get our t-shirt order into the shop no later than the 1st!!  If you have an issue or question regarding your registration PLEASE contact myself or Cliff Scott ASAP.  Thanks!

My registration is pending. I signed up back in March and can't remember the amount to send in. I think I put down myself , one passenger and two adults shirts( one XL, one medium).  Please let me know much much Mike and it'll be sent out ASAP!

Anyone with their registration pending probably is missing information!  Most notably their shirt types (Mens, Womens, youth).  If that's the case, then those people need to contact ME about this!

Hopefully you got this info from Cliff already...  but you only have yourself and one t-shirt.  We need to know if it is a mens (I assume it will be), womens, or youth.  If you are planning on adding a passenger let us know and we can do so.  Price would be $27 for driver, $17 per passenger, and $12 per shirt.  Money can be paypal-ed to bfestreg@beretta.net  OR mail (but you better get this out ASAP) to:

Eh, I don't really have an exscuse for my late attempt at registering, I've just been real busy lately and forgot when the deadline is... I don't really care if I don't get a T shirt but please give me a brake. I can send the money out today to you if will still accept. I've been around the board(s) for a good while so you know I'm a dedicated member...

I check my email this morning and I replied to Cliff that I am bringing a passenger and need 1 XL mens and 1 Medium womens shirt.  My money order was mailed this afternoon after work. Total sent was $68.00

My payment was sent Priority Post Friday May 25th.

It BETTER get there in time.

going to send out my payment today hope it gets there in time and if it doesn't make it by the 1st I hope that's not a problem.

so I just found out about this, and I realize it is past the deadline, but what are the chances I can still register and pay, it would probably be myself and 1 friend, we wouldnt need the hotel either.

Is there a deadline for booking a hotel room at the group rate? I know there was other years, but I didn't see any mention of it for this year. I plan to book a room in the next few days, but just in case I forget, it'd be nice to know what the deadline is if there is one.

My next post attempts to cover this.  this year is strange as we have no formal contract with the hotel as in years past.  I believe that we need to have them in by the 9th or 11th...  but I honestly can't fully remember.  Better safe than sorry-- get reserved ASAP

Well, we just called to book our room. We got told there was only smoking rooms left (at least as far as double-queen goes), so they booked us for that and put a note on our reservation requesting non-smoking if one opens up.

Edit: Will just called back. Evidently the group block (that you guys put on hold) is either the smoking block, or all of the double queen rooms in that block are smoking. That kind of sucks, but oh well.

paypal is down today so I cannot submit a payment nor can I send you a message Mike.  I will be checking paypal throughout the day but if it's still down then I won't be able to send payment until tomorrow, is there a problem with that?
