Bfest Voting Rules (READ BEFORE VOTING)
Ok folks,
We have our location proposals and committee nominations ready to go, but before we vote we need to cover the basic ground rules that we have used over the last 6-7 years.
Committee Voting:
-You simply vote for ONE candidate. The THREE top vote-getters will become the next members of the committee!
Location Voting:
-This is more complicated, so listen up!!!!
-There will be three different polls
-One for people who have never attended a Bfest
-One for people who have only attended ONE Bfest
-One for people who have attended TWO OR MORE Bfests
-There are different polls so that different point values can be assigned: 1, 2, and 3 points ascending with the number of year's attendance.
-You MUST vote in your appropriate category, as I will be going through the lists of votes and if I cannot determine where your vote is supposed to fall it will not count. Let's be accurate with this the first time so that we can all save time and headache on this process.
ALL POLLS ARE HELD ON THE YAHOOGROUPS PAGE FOR OUR GROUP. TO VOTE YOU MUST BE PART OF THE EMAIL LIST. BOTH committee and location polls will run from today, Nov. 30th through next Monday, Dec. 8th. Any votes after monday will not be able to be made because those polls will close at that time. If there are any questions, feel free to ask them here on the list or directly to me.

you are refering to the berettanet yahoo group? did not see a poll open for that group. last i knew that was the yahoo group for this site.
